 Order Processing & Shipping

  Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 7-10 business days before shipment. HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY (Nov 21-Dec31) allow up to 14 business days for order processing BEFORE shipment.

  Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

  Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

  Once an order has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, More Than Sunday is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
